Cheque (Local Orders)

Cash on Delivery (Local Order)
This option is applicable only for courier-delivered orders. We'd appreciate it if you can pass the cash to the delivery person in the exact amount. Thank you!

Electronic Bank Transfers (Local Order)
This option may be considered if you are an OCBC account holder, or if you are able to perform inter-bank transfers. Kindly email us should you choose this mode of payment, and details of our account will be supplied.

Credit Card Payment (Local and International Orders)
Credit Card transactions will be done via Paypal - a convenient and absolutely safe way of payment. The good news: you no longer need to register with Paypal before using the service.
Also, no payment is required until we have processed your order, and confirmed the exact payment details with you which includes the calculated shipping costs.

How it works:

• You shop online and confirm your order with us, indicating clearly your address of delivery, and choice of payment (credit card). No actual monetary transaction is made at this point.
• An automated email confirming your order will be sent to you.
• Meanwhile, here at Milky Way, we work out the exact amount for you, and including shipping charges. The invoice will be sent to you.
• An email notification will be sent to you through Paypal, together with a link in the email which will bring you to the payment page.
• The product will be sent out to you immediately upon confirmation of your payment made.
• Transactions can be made in SGD, USD, AUD and most major currencies.

Local Mail by Singapore Post:
Upon receipt of your payment (either via cheque/e-transfer/credit card), we will send off the merchandise to you immediately, which will take no more than 5 working days.

Courier Delivery
Should you prefer your products delivered to you even sooner, purchases made within Singapore can be delivered via courier service right to your doorstep to any local address within three working days (and usually much sooner!).
