LOCAL ORDERS

Enjoy our FREE islandwide shippping - no minimum order is required!

For orders below S$100, the free shipping method will be via normal post.
For orders above S$100, enjoy FREE door-to-door courier service, which means you get your orders delivered to you much faster.

Timeframe:

For
Door-to-door courier service, expect between 2 - 3 working days for your package to arrive (from the date of receipt of your payment).

For Normal Post, kindly allow for 5 - 7 working days for your package to arrive (from the date of receipt of your payment).

Should you require door-to-door courier service for a purchase below $100, you may also request for it to be arrange. The charges are as follows:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship via normal registered mail once every week on Fridays. Orders placed on Thursdays will be shipped the following week. It usually takes 5 - 9 workings days for the parcels to arrive.

Here is a rough estimate of costs to ship abroad:

Please note also that only exchanges (and not refunds) are possible for international orders.



We process payments in cash, cheques, direct bank transfers and credit cards (via Paypal).

A) CASH ON DELIVERY (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY)

This option is applicable
only for courier-delivered orders. We'd appreciate it if you can pass the cash to the delivery person in the exact amount. Thank you!

B) ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFERS (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY)

As ours is an OCBC bank account, direct transfers from other OCBC accounts will be immediate, whereas transfers from other banks will take approximately 3 working days to complete.

Your products will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of your cheque. Kindly write your cheque out to:

D) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL (LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Credit Card transactions will be done via Paypal - a convenient and absolutely safe way of payment. The good news: you no longer need to register with Paypal before using the service.

For international orders, no payment is required until we have processed your order, and confirmed the exact payment details with you which includes the calculated shipping costs.

How it works:

  • You shop online and confirm your order with us, indicating clearly your address of delivery, and choice of payment (credit card). No actual monetary transaction is made at this point.
  • An automated email confirming your order will be sent to you.
  • Meanwhile, here at Milky Way, we will confirm stock availability, and work out the exact amount for you, and including shipping charges.
  • We will email you regarding the total costs.
  • Another email notification will be sent to you through Paypal, together with a link in the email which will bring you to the payment page.
  • The product will be sent out to you immediately upon confirmation of your payment made.
  • Transactions can be made in SGD, USD, AUD and most major currencies.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with what you have purchased from Milky Way. As such, we make every effort to ensure that products that may not fit, or are defective, can be exchanged and even refunded.

A) CONDITIONS

Do contact us within 7 working days for the exchange or full refund of items.

Conditions for EXCHANGES

  • Purchases may be exchanged for similar items of a different size, or for another item of a same value or less.

  • We would also require for items to be in their original condition and packaging. Please retain and present the receipt for the transaction.

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.

  • Postal or courier charges will be borne by the customer.

  • For exchanges via normal post, kindly include in the package a self-addressed and self-stamped envelope (same value as the package you are sending out) so that we can enclose the new item and have it posted back to you.

Conditions for RETURNS

  • We would also require for items to be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Postage or courier charges will be borne by the customer.

  • The original delivery charges are non-refundable.

B) PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

  • Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible to inform us of your intention.

  • Send it back to us, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to:
